Warranty Information

This Warranty

is included in the price of each Ebike sold by Victor Ebikes.


This Warranty applies for the first year in which you own the bike.


What is covered

 In most cases we can resolve issues by working with you over the phone or by email to try to troubleshoot the issue and fix it.



Parts- Parts are covered for Manufacturer Defects and/or Damage During Shipping. A replacement part will be sent to you by mail. In some cases where parts are on back-order a delay may occur.


Battery- Batteries must be returned to us for testing to proceed with the warranty service. Shipping to us is at your own expense. The restored battery or a new battery, at our discretion, will be sent to you at our expense.


Controller- You may be asked to disconnect the controller and ship it to us for testing. The restored controller or a new controller, at our discretion, will be sent to you at our expense.


  In some cases you may be asked to provide a video or photograph to help us understand and fix the issue.

Exclusions and Conditions

Modifications made to the software, hardware, or battery will void this warranty.


Damage due to misuse or collision/accident is not covered by this warranty.
